What we cover

The software and services that homeowners associations, condominium associations and the managers who serve them rely on: management platforms, accounting and financial controls, resident portals and payments, violation and architectural-request workflows, board governance tools, and the statutory context — elections, reserves, assessments — that shapes what the software has to do.

We write for the treasurer closing a month at the kitchen table, the board president choosing a platform for the next five years, and the community manager who has to live with the choice. Vendors are welcome to read along; they are not the audience.

How we work

• Every product is scored with the same published rubric. The weights are fixed and versioned.
• Every score cites its evidence. Where we have none, the review says “not evaluated” instead of guessing.
• Every vendor fact — pricing, ownership, founding date — lives in one fact file with a source URL and a verification date.
• Corrections are logged on the page they correct. Here is how to request one.

Who owns us

HOA Tech Report is owned by HOA Wiz, Inc., which makes HOA Wiz, a community-association platform. That means we cover products that compete with our owner's.
